women. arm yourselves. with healthy bodies, astute minds, peaceful spirits. there is no living in fear. eat thoughtfully. take multivitamins, they have tremendous effects (iron and calcium are crucial). stretch regularly. maintain good posture. our hips are increasingly vulnerable with age, they must be given proper care starting now (the purpose of toning inner thighs is actually to build up the hip flexers which support the bones). know your physical being. know your textures, your internal, your present points of weakness. listen to your breasts and uterus. do pushups. real ones. let us arm ourselves. let us build ourselves. in the peace times (that exist within war times—all the time). this world listens to muscle. let us build. know the women around you. know their strengths and present points of weakness. these are temporary. we protect and walk with those that need it. give to she who, at this moment, does not give to herself. know that it is by moving forward together that individual freedom is attained. women. breathe. grow strong. we already got the mentalemotionalspiritual. now it’s time for the physical.
